Procurement Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Specialist located in Nairobi, Kenya. The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing purchase orders, evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate procurement records, collaborating with stakeholders to meet project requirements, and analyzing market trends to identify cost-effective procurement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Purchase Orders and Procurement processes
• Proven expertise in Supplier Evaluation and Contract Negotiation
• Strong Analytical Skills for cost analysis and decision-making
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of industry standards and market trends is advantageous
