Lead Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize spending, enhance efficiency, and improve profitability.
  • Supervise general ledger activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Serve as the primary contact for internal and external auditors.
  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, Operations, Human Resources) to provide financial insights
  • Manage, mentor, and develop the accounting department, providing training and performance feedback.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Required)
    • CPA, CMA, or other relevant certification (Preferred)
  • Experience:

    • 2+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably with some supervisory or managerial experience
    • Proven track record in financial reporting and analysis
  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of  relevant regulations
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
    • Familiarity with ERP systems is highly advantageous
  • Soft Skills:

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized

Lead Marketing/Social Media Manager

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution

    • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies, campaigns, and programs to meet company objectives.
    • Oversee market research efforts, identify emerging trends, and recommend new growth opportunities.
    • Continuously evaluate campaign performance, adjusting tactics as needed to maximize ROI.
  • Team Leadership

    • Manage, mentor, and develop a marketing team, providing clear goals, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
    • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, creativity, and data-driven decision making.
    • Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring efficient workflow and clear communication among team members.
  • Brand Management

    • Maintain and evolve the brand identity and messaging, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels.
    • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality content and design elements that support brand positioning.
    • Monitor brand perception and reputation, proactively addressing potential issues.
  • Digital Marketing & Analytics

    • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and website optimization.
    • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM platforms, marketing automation software) to measure campaign effectiveness and generate insights.
    • Leverage data to guide strategic decisions, campaign optimizations, and budgeting.
  • Campaign Management & Lead Generation

    • Develop, implement, and manage targeted marketing campaigns that attract and retain customers.
    • Coordinate with sales teams to align on lead generation strategies, ensuring a high-quality pipeline of prospects.
    • Track and report on campaign performance metrics such as conversion rates, ROI, and customer acquisition cost.
  • Budgeting & Resource Allocation

    • Prepare and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across various initiatives.
    • Negotiate and manage vendor relationships, including agencies, freelancers, and technology providers.
    • Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
  • Stakeholder Communication

    • Present marketing plans, campaign results, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
    • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Product Development, Finance) to align on company-wide objectives and initiatives.
    • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for external partners and media outlets.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Required)
    • Master’s degree or relevant certifications (Preferred)
  • Experience:

    • 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
    • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation software)
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing
    • Familiarity with project management software is a plus
