Asiphon pumpis now defined as asiphonhaving an inline metering chamber which holds and releases liquid at an elevation which can be as high as 25 feet above the source. Asiphon pumpcan dispense liquid above the source through a cyclical operation of emptying and refilling a Metering Chamber.
